Well it has been a long time since I have been on here! Life is great but busy. School just started back & I have three classes with Stefany :) We are going to have fun :P

Today I went to Waynesboro & Augusta with Jess. Got add ons on my feet. I promise that is some painful crap! Its worth it tho. I went & saw my parents...Holli walked for them & my grandparents :) She is such a sweetie.

Got to finish packing in the am. Ready to go to Florida!!! Im so freakin excited to get away! Im ready to see Holli's reaction. Well thats all for now ;)

Tattoo

Today I got up rather late then went to Stefany ((killed a bird on the way)) We went & saw Will. More or less gave him the insurance check. Lol.

Then we went to Dublin..we went shopping & then I decided to get a tattoo.. It went okay. Better than what people say but not as well as I would have liked. Lol.

Then we went to Walmart & back to Stefany's house. Thats when we noticed the bird. lol. So I drove back to Swainsboro like that..

Im excited about going with Stefany & Ms. Janet tomorrow, then fireworks tomorrow night!! We might even take Courtney.

Slow Week...

This week is going by so....S L O W...Holli had a doctor's appointment yesterday. I would say it went well but she is terrified of doctors. Now, she has to go see a gastrointestinal specialist.

Thats all we did yesterday. Today I went all over Swainsboro. I got my toes done. Jenny & Jess came by. Then I cooked supper, it was sooo good. Joey came home tired.

So he has yet to start on his latest project. His coworker called him incompetent today...he is way better than I am. It wpuld not have been a GOOD day.

Daddy Time ;)

I slept in this morning & gave Joey & Holli some quality time together. They played & she loved it! Then they went for a walk, once they got back I had to check both of them for ticks! Lol.

We got ready & went to church. The highlight of church was when the preacher was talking about how people didn't believe Jesus was the son of GOD because he was from Galilee & only trash came from there. This lady said well that sounds about like Kite. I was speechless!

Then we went to my parents house for a little while & Holli decided she wanted to stay. So we went to Walmart & got the oil for my car. Gotta get it ready for our trip :) Then we ate supper with Ms. Betty.

Courtney got to eat some watermelon. I hate to see what she is going to call that! Then we came home & I posted some baby clothes for sale. Ugh, its time to let go!

I'm getting ready for bed...long day tomorrow. Hopefully Tin-Tin is in for the ride.

Slow Saturday

I was being lazy this morning. LOL. When I finally got up, I went to Ms. Betty's. Holli was asleep when I got there. Then Stefany arrived & we went to Merle Norman.

I swear they get all of my money. LOL. I had my hair cut shorter & stacked more. We went to Dairy Queen & saw Tina. Then she dropped me off.

I played with Holli until Joey got home. Then I took his junky phone back to Verizon. I love Andrew in there. He is AWESOME!!! I came back with a new phone && cover for Joey. He also put some awesome apps on my phone.

Then we cleaned my car out. It really needed it. We found out why I have no horn & tried to fix the lower settings on my ac. Then we went back to Ms. Betty's. Courtney had Holli in the "race car" and was pushing her around the yard!

I was scared she was going to get hurt but she was squealing & holding on to the steering wheel. After that we came home.

Babysitting

Today was rather hectic.. I had to babysit Courtney while watching Holli. Holli kept trying to bite Courtney for getting close to me & Courtney meant she was going to beat me up.

Ricky emailed me some pictures of the car & needless to say I am in LOVE! lol I should know Monday if things are going to work out. I am tired from Courtney & Holli. They both stayed with their Granny.

I am excited about going to get my hair cut alittle shorter tomorrow. No races so I guess it will be family night. Oh before I forget again, I am proud of myself, for all that I manage to do & for those that help me along the way, I maDe the President's List!!!

Sunday is going to be fun! Monday is Holli's first visit to MCG General Pediatrics. I'm nervous but happy about the change.

Pediadontist

Today was better. Stefany, Holli, & I went to Dr. Baker's office for Holli's first dental visit. She played until they called her back & she was so good! She didn't whine or anything. She spent some time with her Aunt Steffy today!

I locked my freakin keys in my car. Thankfully, there was a man there nice enough to help out. After that we went shopping. I got a cover for my Motorola Droid ((or as it says D R O I D))

Stefany talked me into getting Holli's ears pierced. I was so nervous! Thankfully, it went better than what I thought it would. She loves them now...&&*...she got a cookie!

We went by my parents house & then went to Swainsboro to Walmart. I bought some ((Ogerit)) yogurt & Holli a pair of Kailan sunglasses. I am ready to see her reaction to them tomorrow!

I stayed over at Ms. Betty's for awhile...long enough for Courtney to burn her hand on my old straightener. Poor kid. Better get some sleep, hopefully going to look at a new car tomorrow!

Life

Bad Day

Well I woke up in a pretty good mood & all until Joey told me he had another wreck! My day has just got worse since then. I need a new vehicle but that's easier said than done.

I'm glad that Holli had fun in her new pool. That's all I really feel like saying...life must go on...

Birthday Girlie

I got up this morning & got ready to go get Joey's truck. When Stefany got here we went to Swainsboro & got Holli a mini cake! Then we went to Sandersville Tech & we both got our stuff taken care of.

Then we went to their new house so I could see it. It is going to be nice once they get it finished! After that we went & got Joey's truck. I came back to Swainsboro & played with the little birthday girl!

We played until Joey got there. She wanted her da da then. They played for awhile & we ate supper & started home. On the way home, she fell asleep. Thats all that happened today. Tomorrow is going to be busier... I am excited about Holli's new Bella Nova Squeaky shoes!!!

Races && Father's Day

Since I didnt post last night I need to make up for it! Since the Purvis family had an emergency, our races got cancelled. I am glad things are going better for them. Well, we ended up going to Dublin to watch. Before all of that, we went to Merle Norman & got Joey's hair cut. I bought some make up. LOL

Then I took Joey back to the shop & I went to Verizon. Since my NEW Droid Eris went crazy I traded it in. It took the Verizon employees hours to get my pictures & contacts off of it! Now I had the Motorola Droid. I absolutely LOVE these phones!

I got Joey a new phone. We always go with the cheap ones because he is rough on them. Well, we went to the race track & pushed Holli around all day in her new car! Stefany & Willie came, he finally got to see Holli.

To make an even longer story short, it was hot & the dust was beyond terrible but we made it through it. My daddy still won despite the crazy conditions. Anywho' the funniest part was when Andy hit a bump in the road on the way home & Joey (he was sleeping) freaked out & started choking out the head rest. By this time Andy was up on the steering wheel.

We slept in this morning. Holli played with her daddy & her new toys. I can't believe she'll be a year old tomorrow. :/ I miss having that little baby. Well those two had sooo much fun & then we let Holli eat Kailan. She really enjoyed that!

We went to Wal-mart & saw Moni, Wayne, & little Raylen! She is adorable. Then we saw Crystal & her little one. After we left there Joey spent some time with his daddy. I talked to mine on the phone. I was too busy to go up there. Well Holli spent the night with Courtney.

I better get some sleep. I have a long day tomorrow & its my lil stinker's big day =)

Birthday Girl =]

Got up late this morning! I rushed to get ready. Then I ran to Swainsboro to pick up Holli. She was so happy to see me.

I took her to her Nana & I went to Dublin with Stefany & Austin. He is such a cutie! I'm thankful that they were patient enough to wait on me to get my pedicure.

I freaked out because I left my bank card in my car. After that we went to Cake Art & picked up Holli's cake. Kailan was kinda fat but overall I was happy. Then we ran in Oconee Bait & Tackle & bought two of the cutest shirts.

We left there & went to Louisville with the cake. The party went well. I am happy that its over! Holli had so much fun eating her cake & sliding with her daddy.

I am thankful for all of our friends & family that could make it. I know that some didnt come & I understand. The only problem was that it was so freakin hot.

I am thankful for Valerie coming to take pictures. I can't wait to see them. Holli got so many gifts that they had to ride home in the Acadia. I'm glad that Andy, Tina, & Brandon were there to help bring that stuff home.

Now its bedtime. I am beyond tired. Thanks everyone. :)

Nana's, pool, & Granny's

Today was less hectic than tomorrow will be. We got up kinda late this morning & I gave Holli a bath. She ate breakfast & watched the Fresh Beat Band.

After that we went to her Nana's. Holli was happy to see them. I had to go with my grandma to get her hair cut. We went all over Louisville.

I bought BBQ for supper & left it at my mamas! Well after a while Holli & I left. We had to go see Lynn & get some decals for one of Holli's gifts.

Then I took her to her granny's. I left her to play with Courtney & walked to the shop. Andy & Tina were there so I kinda ended up staying & talking.

We got Zaxby's for supper. It was so good. Joey's new car has been lettered! I am excited about tomorrow & Saturday. Jenny is going to the races with us. :)

We put together Holli's "big" gift. I hope she likes it. I'm headed to bed now...I have lots to do tomorrow.

Final Exam &&* Final Preparations

Today has went by rather fast. I got up and finished the treat bags for the party. I am excited but nervous too. I sure hope it cools off! After I finished that, I took a bath and got ready to go to Swainsboro.

I went by the bank and then went to Ms. Betty's house. Holli was happy to see me but she was happier to see Ogurt (yogurt). Haha. Holli and Courtney drank some yogurt drink things and watched tv.

I played with both of them for awhile. We ate lunch, well everybody else had sandwiches and I had cereal...I don't know what my thing is with cereal! Courtney got a shower and Holli and I played on the bed. She loves to look out of the windows.

Later on I left and went to Walgreens to pick up some highlight brightener. Thrn I went to school. i was beyond nervous about that test. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I stayed and waited to see my grades.

I made an 82 on the final and came out with an 85 average! I am proud of myself ((even if it could have been higher)) I stopped by my parents' house to talk to my mama about the party. I hope we have it all worked out.

I came home and did my FASFA ((finally)) and counted the treat bags. I made 50! Holli got in from church and we played until Joey got home. Then she had mac & cheese for supper and went to bed. Wow, time flies..it doesn't seem like its been a year...

Classy Cuts...

I got up this morning & waited on the pest control man to get here. I absolutely hate bugs! After he left, I left & went to ms betty's. Since I told Tina that I would go with her to get her hair done, I was waiting on her.

I played with Holli & Courtney for awhile. They were fighting over me! I had decided against getting anything done to my hair.

Well anyone who knows me well can tell you that I constantly change my mind! LOL. Once I got down there I decided I wanted highlights. So I have blended blonde highlights.

Tina's hair looks so much better. Nicole does a good job. After we left there we headed back to ms. betty's. Holli played with Brandon Ridge for a few minutes.

After that, they left & I played with Holli. Courtney went back home with Christina. So, I finally buckled down & worked on my study guide. Thankfully I finished it.

The weather started getting really bad so Joey didn't get to work on his race car. We had supper with Ms. Betty & we decided since the pest control company came, we would let Holli spend the night again.

We came home & played a hand of rummy & came to bed. I have to finish making treat bags tomorrow. Busy, busy week!

Peas, peas & you guessed it, more peas!

Holli got up this morning & we started preparing for our day. I fed her & dressed her. I did the same to myself.

After all that we got in the car & went to Louisville. I added a class to my summer schedule & dropped one. SO now I have four classes. Holli slept the entire time I was there!

We left STC & went to my mama's. Holli spent some time with her grandma. I got to see Holli's party supplies. They are so cute.

We headed towards Swainsboro after that. I cooked lunch & we ate pork chops & fried squash. After awhile Ms. Ruth & Christina came & brought some fresh peas.

I started shelling them & we shelled all of them. We ate ham, peas & squash for supper. We let Holli spend the night since Courtney went with Christina.

Today has been a long day. Tomorrow is going to be long too. I have to study for my final & fill out my financial aid forms. I SN looking forward to going with Tina. :) Well good night!

Church Day ;)

Joey & I slept in this morning.=) Joey & Flash (our dogg) went to the shop. Polli (our other dogg) & I slept later. lol.

When I got up, I finished my SCT 100 final. Thank goodness. Then I called Joey to come pick me up. We went to Walmart & got refreshments for church.

When we got done, we went to ms betty's & ate. Then we got Holli & headed to church. She had soo much fun. I'm glad she likes church.

On the way back to my parents' house, Holli fell asleep. So we ran in & left the car running. (we kept an eye on her) Then we took her back to Ms. Betty's for evening service.

While they were at church, I came home & started cleaning. I have a clean bathroom, computer room, Holli's room & the dishes. :)

After that we went & got dog food & we picked Holli up. She went to church three times today. She was asleep when we got home so we laid her down. We took a bath & then washed both dogs.

Poor Polli is swelling up. I am excited! Well I better catch some zzzz's =)

RaCe NiGhT

I was so happy that Joey didn't have to work today. All three of us slept until 9. Holli & Joey played for awhile.

Well I decided to go have all my hair cut off. I'm glad Stefany was there for moral support. I really do like it. After that we went in Walmart & got some hair stuff.

I went back to Ms. Betty's & Joey loaded up his racing stuff. After that we went & got subway. It was good :) Then we played with Holli for few minutes & we left for the race track.

It was so hot outside. Today I loved Kellie Scarboro for cutting my hair off. LOL. Anyways, I stayed in the air conditioned concession stand for a long time.

I watched Joey & Austin's heat races. Joey finished 5th in his & Austin won his heat && feature!!! I was so proud of both of them. Joey finished 2nd in his feature.

They had an awful wreck in the late models. Thankfully no one was hurt. We got paid & came home. &&&* took a shower to get rid of the dirt & sweat!

SN: Stefany, please remind me to tell you what I was told about that jinxing parking spot! SMH!

Long Day!

I got up at like 11. I freaked out about the time. Then I had to call Farm Bureau. They tell me that they won't cover a rental.

This adds stress on to my day. Unfortunately if you are under 21, you can't rent a car! It's ridiculous. After running around like crazy & killing my phone from making calls, I got the truck to the body shop.

I don't know what I would do without Stefany. She has took me everywhere today. We went to her grandma's house & she got her hair cut. She even took me to Wal-Mart.

So....for now I am carless. (( Even though I didn't hit the deer)) Oh well. It'll all work out. I finally got back to see my Holli Dolli. She was so happy to see me.

You've gotta love that little 5 teeth smile :P She is amazing. She knows where her birthday presents are & she constantly tries to get to them.

We went out to eat. Then Joey worked on his race car. Now its bed time. Toodles.

Cajun Night ♥

Today started out like any other day would. We got up, watched tv, ate breakfast and got dressed! After that we went to Granny's. I worked my butt off on my Medical Terminology study guide. I am about half way done with it. I did some more work on my SCT 100 final. All I have left now is the Access part and it has to be done on Joey's computer.


Well I went up town to retrieve my ring from Stewart's. I think that I should be charging them by now. Anywho, I stopped by Dairy Queen and got the girls a strawberry milkshake and got to see Tina :) I went back and watched those two fight over the milkshake and who was going to get which cup!

We waited on Joey to get home and then we started out towards my parents' house. We got to eat some yummy low country boil (food from the bayou) It was sooo good! We talked a few minutes and then we left to go get Joey's truck. Since Ms. Betty wanted to keep Holli for the night, we left her.

I called my mama when I left and Joey called me. I told her that I would let her go. He told me that he had just hit a deer!!! I was freaking out (even though I could see his truck)

Sooo, I stopped and a nice guy from the church came over to make sure if Joey was alright. ((That was really nice)) Thankfully, he was fine. His truck, on the other hand, was NOT! So I called 911 and had an accident report done. We finally got home.

I have been looking up school books for awhile. Now its time for bed. I have a LONG day ahead of me tomorrow and more than enough to do!

Wild Wednesday

Holli & I got up this morning & watched tv. After awhile she got tired of tv so she had a bath. Then she ate mini pancakes for breakfast.

Then we went to her Granny's house. Holli really enjoys playing with Courtney. Now Holli has started saying daddy. She pointed at her calendar this morning & said dorrr & burrrsss. (her way of saying Dora & Boots)

Well they ate popsicles & snacks together. lol. I attempted to study for my test. I made a 100 on the abbreviations test! I went to school & then went to see my parents.

I stayed there for awhile & then I went to the shop to see my hubby. Tina, Ridge & I went to Wal-Mart to get party food :) Then we came back & I made joey come on.

We ate with his mama. I have to add salt. LOL. Courtney was happy to see that I went to Walmart & bought some Ooby Doo Ogurt.

I am excited about Holli's party but nervous about everything coming together. Well until tomorrow...

Enterprise

Today started out normal. We ended up going to Ms. Betty's. Holli & Courtney played for awhile. I did some stuff for med terminology. After a while I went to the bank & started towards Stefany's house.

I had an experience with her & Willie on the four wheeler! We went to Dublin to Enterprise. I was picking in her about her getting a KIA & unfortunately she had her choice of black or white!

We went to the mall. I am so proud of myself! I only spent $8.53. Haha. Well I did find out I am Not a 3 maybe a 3/4 but not a 3. lol I better just stick to the 5!

I went to school. (was late) The worst part is I had some guy trying to get my number. I told him that I was already late & he was persistent but he gave up when I said on top of being late I was married.

I came back to Swainsboro & finally got my phone fixed. No more unknown calls. lol. We ate & came home. I just pulled my fake nails off. I am so tired. Good night :)

Ditzy (all in fun)

Holli and I got up this morning and watched Oso on tv. After that she tried pulling up on the sewing machine needless to say she fell over. I loved on her with her constantly yelling dada. Then we went to Ms. Betty's. (You would swear that we live there, honestly I hate staying at home alone.) Holli took a very short nap and then started playing with Courtney.

I am happy that Courtney is feeling better! Holli is FINALLY hitting a growth spurt. She doesn't look like she is gaining much weight but she is getting longer. I was taking her in (asleep) and against my chest her feet were hitting my legs. Maybe she won't be the short one after all. (Sorry Georgia)

They played all day long. They played inside and they got to ride the golf cart outside. They do have their differences though. Courtney loves being dirty or nasty and Holli can't stand to be. She doesn't mind getting sticky if candy is involved. =)

Well as for the title of this post, Courtney brought a canvas in the kitchen and told us to look at Holli's hearts on it. So when Ms. Betty asked her who painted it, she told us that ditzy did. Ms. Betty asked her if Steffy had painted it (which she did) and Courtney said NO Ditzy painted it. I don't even know where she got the word from!!!

Since Stefany didn't get home until late, I booked our vacation! I am so excited. We are going to stay in a Villa at the Wilderness Lodge in Lake Buena Vista, FL. I know we are going to have fun =)

We came home and Joey put Holli to bed. (In the afternoons all she wants is her dada) Then we took a shower and got ready for bed. Joey is out now and I am not far behind! Gotta love on my pregnant (restless) doggie =)

Augusta =)

Since Ms Betty had Holli last night, we decided to go out to eat today! It was so good. I love Olive garden. After that we went to the mall. I got a cover for my phone. Then I went to Hollister & got some flip flops & a tank top! After that we back to the shop & I started planning our vacation. I am beyond excited. Stefany & William are going with us. Bed time :)

Rain, rain & more rain

Holli & I spent the morning on the sofa napping. After that, I took her to her Granny. I went to verizon. I decided to get a new phone so now I have a droid Eris. I love it. I'm still getting use to it. We spent the afternoon with Granny & Courtney. Then I went to the races but it rained it out. So we hung out with Andy, Tina & Brandon. It's bed time now. (Excited about tomorrow)

Bye, Bye, Good Bye

The title refers to what Holli has told EVERYONE today. Today was pretty normal, we got up & went to the hospital. Thankfully, Courtney got to come home today! =) Well Stefany came over & we went to Wal-mart. Really didn't accomplish anything. Lol.

I went back to Ms. Betty's & baked cookies, well I should say scorched cookies! Lmao. ((Oh I forgot to mention that ANOTHER old man tried to run me over)) I guess they don't like me! Holli & Courtney took a bath together. They were so cute!

Holli threw my phone & apparently broke the camera! ((Verizon will dread seeing me tomorrow)) We ate tacos & now are at home in the bed!

I am excited about going out to eat Sunday & planning our vacation!!! Until next time...

Say Cheese

This morning was kinda odd. I fell asleep on the couch & I sleep super light. I quit hearing Holli moving so I jumped up & she was laying in the floor asleep! After that we got ready & went to the hospital. We saw Courtney for awhile. Then Ms. Ruth & Christina came & me & Ms. Betty went to the WIC office.


On the way there I dropped my car off to have it detailed. We got to the WIC office & then they wanted her to take a nutrition class! So I sat off to the side & texted Joey! I did learn that there is 9 teaspoons of sugar in a soda!


After that we went to Dairy Queen & got Courtney a blizzard. I got my car & that guy did an excellent job! ((For people that live near me, I went to the place beside Dairy Queen)) Thankfully he got the milk out of my back seat. I was so happy when I left there & as I am passing by Wal-mart, this seriously old man never stops at the stop sign & bumps into the side of my car!!! I freak out, especially, when he drives off! I followed him to Burger King & get out & have to tell him that he hit my car! Thankfully it didn't hurt it. Joey noticed a little dent but we just talked it over & he apologized & I just let it be.


Then I went back to the hospital & spent most of the afternoon with Courtney. Ms Betty & Holli went home! Teresa FINALLY showed up & I got to leave. ((Joey was already home)) So I went to the shop & told him to come on. We went & got Holli & went to Wal-mart. Holli was telling us what she wanted & all! I told her to smile for a pic & it is absolutely gorgeous! It was the highlight of my day. =].


Then we came home & now Holli & Joey are asleep. Courtney is doing much better & SHOULD be coming home tomorrow!

Holli =)

I am going to start off about my day. Rather normal morning. Breakfast, nap & trip to Swainsboro. The difference was that I gave her a bath & busy butt had to stand up which caused her to fall on her back & make me scream. Thankfully, she was fine. The other difference was that instead of going to Granny's we went to the hospital.

Courtney is doing much better & if she can keep her fever down she will get to come home. Courtney was so happy to see Holli! ((Since Courtney has a non-transmitable infection, we went)) Holli & I made Courtney a Dora pillow.

After that I took Holli & Christina back to Ms. Betty's & went to Tenille to get Stefany. Then we went to STC for me to take my work keys. She has to be a true friend to wait on me to take that crap! We left there & went to Cali Nails. I'm going to say I am pleased with my nails but I'm not going to the ghetto to get them done. ((Not racist comment)) I don't want any back woods trailer park people in there yelling & cussing. Its suppose to be RELAXING! So...I will go to Dublin to get them done! Then I went to school & went & got Holli & came home!


On to the point, I wanted to say alittle bit about my Holli. She is a sweet baby. ((Can be moody!!)) She is a daddy's girl...until he makes her mad. Then its mammamamammama. She now has 5 teeth. I have just got to upload her eating corn! If you say it she WILL repeat it. Her new thing to say is tickle tickle tickle. She weighs 18 lbs & is 29 in long. For those who keep asking buy her clothes in 12 month. They are baggy but I seem to have an obsession for clothes for her, so smaller sizes are covered! Right now she wears between 0-3 & 3-6 month clothes & size 2 shoes. ((If you are planning on buying thoses I'd say buy a 3))


Her FAVORITE cartoon is Kai-lan. Hoho is actually her favorite =) ((I guess its because he is the smallest, like her)) After that I would say Wonder Pets & Ming-Ming or Donald Duck! Her party theme is Ni Hao Kai-lan!

Well I better go to bed...

Update & more

So Courtney is doing pretty good. She seemed a little better when I went up there. I took her a stuffed animal ((mini daschund)) & since I have one named Flash, she named her Pash ((she can't get the "f" out)) They seem to think its just a really bad UTI. They have done ultrasounds & all. I think that if she can keep her fever down that she will come home tomorrow. It hurts my feelings to see that baby up there with an IV & all. Thanks for praying for her :) I think it helps =)



Well I have had one crazy day! I went to Kay's yesterday & had my ring cleaned & that lady said the stone was loose. So when I got up this morning I took it to Stewart's & they fixed it. Yay!! After that I went to Ms. Betty's & then Wal-mart to get Courtney a gift. Then I had to run by Subway. All those ladies went to yelling at each other "she's got a list" lol.


After that I ran the food back by her house & went to the hospital. I think Courtney was glad to see me. Poor thing! She wanted her gift though! They did ultra sounds on her kidneys while I was there. After a while, I went back to Ms. Betty's & ate a seriously late lunch. Haha. I played with Holli & then I had to go to school!


When I got to school, we listened to a lecture, took notes & watched a few videos. Well let me back up, first Crystal & I presented. She did good & I was a bundle of nerves. Everything has me stressed out. After all of that I ran home & got my phone charger & went back to Ms.Betty's. Holli was already asleep. So we ate & Ms.Betty went back to spend the night at the hospital with Courtney.


We came home & Joey put Holli to bed. I took my Psychology final. I was surprised but I made a 90!!! (= Now I am about to fall out! Until we meet again...

Courtney

Since I said I would update on Courtney, I thought I better do it while I have a second! After having two seizures from fever yesterday, she is doing a little better today. Her fever spiked again last night and they said they are going to keep her again tonight. Right now they have an iv in giving her antibiotics and fluids. The doctor claims that it is normal for a child (between 6 months and 6 years) to have seizures when a fever spikes. I'm not so sure about that but whatever. Ill keep posting about her!

Great Start with a Rough Ending

Well me & Holli got up this morning & made my mama a pillow! She was my little helper ((more or less supervisor)). After that we went to mama's & Holli stayed while I went to Wrightsville to meet Stefany.
We had so much fun at the mall trying on sunglasses & going to Wal-mart to get our toes done! I would have never guessed that they would do such a GrEaT jOb!!! It was odd how we put our feet in hot candle wax. Lol. All in all, I love my pedicure even if I have lime green toes!
We walked around Wal-mart & got stuff for supper. I had fun with my best fin Stefany!!! =)
Well when I got back Holli was SO happy to see me. Since her daddy suprised me with getting off early, we headed to Swainsboro in all the rain. I had no idea that Ms. Betty & Courtney had been at the Emergency Room.
That poor baby slept most of the time that I was there & then she got up & seen her mama & papa. After Teresa (her mama) left, Courtney wanted a Go Gurt. She ate most of it & then fell in the floor & started having seizures.
It scared me to death! I stayed calm & we rushed her back to the Emergency Room. By the time we got there she had stopped but I meant they were going to see her right then!
That is the worst place to ever go! ((Emanuel Medical))
Courtney's nurses were nice but that one at the desk was rude.
I went up there for Kleenex for the baby & he said that we needed to go back to the room & wait! I was like omg. Then my parents added to the drama. ((Another story)) Courtney's temp is 103.7. So if you read this please pray for her. They claim its from a UTI.
This afternoon has been rough on my poor nerves. I just pray that she gets better & that this rain goes away! I better go before I go to sleep. I will update on Courtney tomorrow <3

Tiring :/

Well since Holli spent the night with Ms. Betty last night, I got to sleep in! I got up at like 11 am. I was shocked but it made me feel better. I got ready for Joey's grandma's dinner. It went well.
I was happy to see her out & about, talking & having a good time. Poor Courtney started running a fever. Now she has a kidney infection & I feel sorry for her. I was trying to take care of her while we were there. ((I could hurt her lazy mama))
I started feeling bad so I let Ms. Betty take Holli home with her. I went home & took a nap. I still don't feel really good but I am sure that I will make it. (: Just another day for a parent.
I went to Swainsboro & got some gas & Joey, Andy, & I went out to eat. Its good to spend time with friends ((for those of us that have them) lmao)) Anywho, I'll leave that for another day. We went & got Holli & checked on Courtney. I feel bad for that baby.
When we got home, we put Holli to bed & watched the end of the race.
Now we are in the bed! I have the best husband in the world. He makes me mad sometimes but he is always there for me <3 I can't wait to go to Dublin with Stefany tomorrow (=

Daddy time =)

We got up this morning & since Joey got promoted, he now works Mon-Fri. So...Holli got to spend some time with him! After that we all went to Swainsboro to Granny's. After a while, Joey & I left to go to the races. The track was awful! Joey finished last in the heat race. They worked on the track during intermission. Well Joey started last, got put to the back 3 times (FOR NO REASON!!!) & he still managed to win (:
My daddy finished 2nd but the guy who won was disqualified so technically he won!
(I fell asleep while blogging last night. Thankfully, its on my phone. Lol) I am super excited about going to get a pedicure with Stefany!
Well since it is now Sunday, I havta get ready to go to church for Joey's grandma's birthday luncheon. ((I'll post more later))

Stitches?!?

Today has been crazy. Holli didn't get up until 9:15. We headed to my mama's house. I called Joey on the way there & ask what he was doing. He said oh just going to get my hand checked out.
He confused me for a minute & then I asked what was wrong with his hand & he said hecut it really bad at work. I freaked out & told him that I was coming to Savannah. Like any man he said oh it aint that bad.
I told him if it required stitches I would come down there. So we went to mama's & I was very stressed out. Holli got to play in her new pool :) I'll upload pics soon. Then I finally got Joey to answer the phone. I asked what was going on & he said I'm leaving now, they stitched me up. I am twice as freaked out now!
He said I'm going to come home in a few minutes. So I went to Ingles & got what I needed & went back & picked Holli up. She had to go to vacation Bible school =)
Then I met Joey in Swainsboro. We went to Merle Norman & Joey had a hair appointment. He looks 50 lbs lighter!!! I asked Jessica if she had time to color mine & luckily she did! I love it!!! I would recommend anyone to her!
After we got home, I painted my toes & put little 92's on them (=
Then I took a bath & I had to clean Joey's stitches. Come to find out he has 7!!! It looks pretty bad :/ Now I am in the bed & glad that today is almost over.

Augusta with my mama (=

I got up at 5:45 this morning! Since Holli was still asleep I went ahead & did my hair& got dressed. After awhile I decided to go back to sleep.
Needless to say at 8:35 she was just getting up!
I had to run through the house & grab everything I needed. Then I rushed to take Holli to her Granny's. ((All Holli wanted to do was wake Courtney up!))
I told her bye & then rushed to my mama's. So then we left for Augusta. I absolutely can't stand three things...road workers on cell phones, $5 minimum on credit cards & most of all MINI VANS!!! Those three things cause constant stress in my life.
Well the doctor's appointment went well. I pray this helps. Well after leaving MCG ((the best hospital ever)) & Dr. Newman ((the best ob/gyn ever)) we went to the Olive Garden. It was soooo good (:
After that we went to Party City & they had no idea who Kai-lan was! So we went to Party n Dollar. They still didn't know! After that we went back to louisville to get my medicine. While we were in Fred's we got Holli a big pool & a floaty. :)
Then we went back to mama's & I went to Swainsboro & dtarted putting treat bags together ((we ordered the rest if the Kai lan stuff off the internet))

Hump Day

The title of this is exactly what today has been!((The peak of the week)) I'm still not sure if that's a good thing or not. This morning was kinda crazy. Holli got up & refused to take a bath ((after I got the shampoo in her hair))
Then as I took her to her Granny's she brushed her teeth =)
She is little miss independent! When we got there she decided Courtney & Granny were more important than me. ((I don't mind )) Then I remembered it was Joey's grandma's birthday! So Ms. Betty had a few visitors. I went to Harvey's & from the looks of that place you would swear it was either Christmas or Thanksgiving ((unfortunately for us it was just super saver wednesday))
Well, when I got back I cooked a Pig Pickin Cake. It was alright but it wasn't the best.
Then I talked to my hubby. He is crazy. There are days when I want to kill him but I do love him. =) Later on, I went to school & we did our med terms test. I made an 87. I am mad because I should be making A's but I haven't failed anything so...
Right now I am looking forward to two things, one being my doctor's appointment & my pedi with Stefany ((my best fin --how Courtney says it))
The cute thing about that youngin is that she'll start walking & turn around & say, "Mon buddy." to Holli, who will chase her down.

Quail =]

Today was just another normal day. Or so I thought. Holli started trying to walk =) Courtney was being a bad girl all day.
I tie dyed shirts for them & have green hands. Lol. I went to class & didn't do much ((since I took the test last week))
When I got home I started cooking my quail :) It is so good! Now I am watching Everybody hates Chris with Joey =)

Tater Tot Casserole =)

So this afternoon I decided that I was going to cook since Ms. Betty had to take the children ((Holli included)) to Vacation Bible School :)
I decided to cook a tater tot casserole. So, I had to run to Harvey's to get what I needed & while I was there I picked up some quail. ((I'll get to that later))
I made the dish and served Hoppin' Johns ((black eyed peas)) with it. It was sooo good! Oh before I forget, while I was gone Courtney got on the step stool & fell off. While falling, she started wetting herself. I know its ugly to say it but it was so funny! She is crazy.
Joey is putting a body on his racecar ((as everyone else would say "about time" He got a good start on it & while the children were at church, I got an email from Ms. Poss saying that I made a 95 on my Research Paper for English!!! =]
I was beyond thrilled. After we came home, we jumped in the shower & waited for Holli to get home. I did my SCT 100 work. Now all I have to do is a Final in that class & English!!! I have a presentation & Final in Psychology. In med terms, I have a few more terms ((I got ahead in that class today)), a terms article, 2 more tests & a Final!
I truly believe that I can handle the classes that I chose for Summer.Quarter! Oh I forgot about the quail. Lol. I am going to make smothered quail tomorrow night. =] ((I should have went to cooking school))

Registration

Holli spent the night with my mama last night & I stayed up doing school work. After I finished I made Courtney a shirt.
Well we got up this morning & I went & registered for Summer Quarter. I have math online, anatomy & intro to healthcare. Some say I can't do it, well we will find out. :)
I know what I am capable of! Anywho, I went & got Holli. Now we are at Ms. Betty's & I am officially done with English & Psychology!!! All I have left are finals & a presentation! As of tonight I will be done with SCT 100!
I am proud of myself. Well I better go for now =)

Races

Well last night was rather interesting...Joey won (barely) & they had people trying to fight out there. Holli spent the night with her Granny & when Joey & I got up this morning we spent some time together & then went to Wal-mart.
I think we should own that place by now. Lol. Anywho, we came to his mama's & I cooked lunch for everybody. After that I got Holli to sleep & cleaned up. Now I am waiting on Joey to get ready to go to church :)
I am excited about registration in the morning! I know next quarter is going to be hard but my bestie will be there with me =)
Courtney has been asking me all morning where my best friend is!

11 months old :)

Today started out like any other day, we got up & got Holli fed. After that we watched the new Backyardigans movie. I swear Holli is JUST like Pablo on there! He was singing a song about "I get whatever I want". Lol
Then we went to Swainsboro & went to Granny's. I did some med terms work & finished chapter 13. Then Stefany got there & we went up town. We went to Wal-mart & got some acrylic paint.
I couldn't paint if my life depended on it. Lol. Stefany painted some cute stuff for Holli & Courtney. I believe that is the baddest three year old in the world! I love her to death but she is aggravating.
After a while, Stefany left & I went in & cooked some muffins. The children liked them ((Joey included)) He is the biggest youngin! Then I helped Ms. Betty with supper & did more med terms. Then we came home & put Holli to bed. I started my sct 100 work but decided I was ready to quit lol.
So now I am getting ready for bed! I had so much fun with Stefany today! Courtney wanted to go home with her as long as she could paint. Lol. Its hard to believe that at 11:46 a.m. Holli turned 11 months old. I feel so old!
It definitely doesn't feel like that long. I remember waddling around crying with my feet. & when I was getting up every few hours to feed a new baby. It may seem crazy but I do miss those days. ((Sigh))
Now I know what my mama cried about at my wedding. It truly won't be like this for long. It is best to enjoy the moment & make the best out of it. You never know who will be there tomorrow & you don't when you'll take your last breath.
Live life to its fullest, love hard & live with no regrets!!! & most importantly always think before you say, you never know who may be listening & who it may hurt.
As Thumper was told, if you don't have something nice to say don't say it at ALL!!!

Presentation Day :)

Last night was crazy! Holli kept screaming in her sleep. I guess she was having nightmares! So..when we got up (early) this morning she was in an awful mood. :/ We sat around the house until about 10 & then we went to see her Grandma. :) She was excited to see her.
Well I bought some Hollister Oceanside Super Skinny Legging Jeans & they are super tight :/ That stuff came today. After awhile daddy asked if we wanted to ride to the machine shop with him & we did. Holli went to sleep on the way.
Way before we got there she woke back up. We stopped at Ryan's to eat. I seriously doubt I'll EVER go back! Awful service & food. Holli pitched a fit & threw all of her food on the floor. I kinda felt sorry for our SLOW waitress.
She wouldn't even offer to clean the table. I had to go find another one to do it.
Anywho, I left Holli with her grandma while I went to Sandersville to do my presentation for English.
I guess it went well. I hate getting nervous! Ugh. Had fun with Stefany. She is my best friend! I know we have had problems before but who hasn't??? Even me & Joey have had problems, like with any "good" relationship they normally get resolved & FAST.
Sometimes I don't know what I would do without her! :) Even Holli loves her :D
Well when I got home, I attempted to start on my stupid SCT 100 work but apparently Office 2007 Home & Student Edition doesn't have Access! Oh well, I am trying to download a trial for Professional 2007. I absolutely HATE that class!!! I am ready for the next 3 weeks to go by. Anywayz, Holli & Joey are sleeping & I should probably be doing the same! I am amazed by the fact that Holli will be 11 months old tomorrow :D

Fiiies & Dorie

Holli & I slept in this morning! :) After we got up, I fed her breakfast & I got dressed. When she finished I attempted to show her the potty again. She whinned about it and sat there for a minute. Then she wanted to look in it! We are now buying "Easy Ups" rather than diapers.
I never knew they made them that small. Well we went & got gas & went to Zaxby's & got fries. We went to Ms. Betty's & when I walked in the door all I heard was "Cate-Cate, I want fiies."
To start off I swore she was saying flies but she meant fries. Lol. After awhile it was "Cate-Cate, I wanna watch Dorie & some hicken strips." Then I went to school & signed up for my PSB!!!
I took my med terms test & made an 80. I'm proud of it lol. Now I'm at home spending time with my hubby :D I love him soooo much!!!

Buffalo

Today went by fast! Holli & I got up & messed around the house for awhile. I started introducing her to the potty :) She was scared of it at first but then she wanted to pull on the gear shifter. After that I took her to Zaxby's and then to her Granny's. I went to see my parents before school. We talked for awhile and then I went to school.
I went to find out about the PSB and I am suppose to know something in the morning :D I'm sooo excited!!! Well then I went to Psychology. Even though it is my third time taking the class, I do enjoy it.
We found out what animal that our personality relates to. Mine relates to a buffalo. (Perfectionist, optimistic, not concerned with feelings) LOL. Sounds just like me!!! I am so tired of people thinking that others are talking about them. We are grown & have way better things to do.
Just GROW up!!! If I have something to say to anybody, I will tell them. (Especially with no meds!!!) Well even with my meds! I have a family & a life. Some people need to get one...I am stressed out & don't have time for it.
Anyway, if I hurt your feelings that probably means that I am talking TO you, NOT about you. Ugh.
I made some spinach/sausage lasanga. I know it sounds weird but it tastes sooo good! Then we watched some more of Brothers. Its getting better. I'm not ready for my test tomorrow :/ Oh well, I better go to bed :)

John Deere

All of us slept in this morning! After we got up Holli ate cinnamon toast and had a bath. While Joey was giving her a bath, I called Sandersville Tech about taking my work keys test. They wanted me to come in today! We called Ms. Betty to see if she could keep Holli and she said yes.
So we took her over there and went to Sandersville. It took me about 15 minutes to take the test and I made a 6 out of 7!! :) After that we went to Walmart and I bought some new fabric and we bought Holli a Cars potty! We left Walmart and went to Maricela's.
It was sooo good. Then we went to Stefany's house and watched her cook. We showed her "The Clap." LOL. When we left from there, Willie was behind us playing..he is so crazy!!! We were laughing about it. Then we went to Lovett's.
Ugh, Stefany was right!!! He sure enough broke us. lol. Then we came back and got Miss Holli Dolli :) She hasn't been feeling well. So she went to bed super early. Probably means I have an early morning ahead of me :(
I made a new dress and I know Stefany is going to LOVE it!!!

Quality Time :)

We went to the race track last night. Since it has been so hot, we left Holli with Joey's mama. Well, I took advantage of the situation & wrote my psychology paper at the racetrack. I had so many people telling how focused I was. Lol.
Honestly after you have a baby nothing distracts you. Anyway, Joey drew #1 and won the heat race and feature. To be honest, watching him was boring. The rest were just funny. Lol.
Since it was late when we got home, we let Holli spend the night with her Granny. I sewed a dress before I went to sleep & Joey fell out watching Jeff Dunham. Well Mrs. Betty said she wasn't going to church but this morning Joey's grandma decided that she wanted to go. She called us and said that she was going to church & that she could take Holli.
So we let her. While they were at church, Joey & I spent some much needed time together.I love spending time with my hubby. He is the most amazing man in the world. (Has to be to put up with me!!) Then me & Joey went over there & I did all of my school work. Joey worked on his race car.

When Holli laid down for her nap, Joey & I ran to Wal-mart to finish birthday shopping :) Now all we have to buy is a potty! (Yes Stefany, Joey wants the one with the gear shifter lmao) We came home & cleaned house while Holli destroyed it. Lol.
I got mine & Joey's room & Holli's room cleaned, vacuumned & steam cleaned. Oh and the hall. Joey got the dishes washed & the refrigerator cleaned out. We fed Holli supper & then ran back to Swainsboro to give Jared his present. Unforunately, I hit an armadillo on the way there.
Well I had no place to go & didn't even realize it was alive until it was TOO late. :( After that I checked on school stuff & made a salad. Joey & I ate while watching Wrong Turn 3. It was gross! Then we started watching Brothers. It seems really good!!!
Now we are in the bed. My snuggle buddy & the two mutts are a sleep! I am looking forward to spending time with Joey on his day off <3
OH BEFORE I FORGET---please DO NOT let your children watch The Wiggles---they sang a song..."The Clap Song"..."I've got the clap & I'm giving it to you..Who wants the clap? I do, I do!" I would DIE if my child started singing that!!!

This morning was extremely stressful on me. :/ I'm better now and that's all that matters. I really want to thank Stefany for being there for me. You are a true friend and I am thankful to have you.
Holli spent her morning watching tv and taking her Gerber Snacks containers and opening them up getting what she wanted out and closing them back up! She is a mess. I am so glad that she was in a good mood.
Well at lunch time we took a nap and we both woke up feeling better. So we went to Zaxby's and got something to eat. Then we went to her Granny's house. She played with Courtney all afternoon.
I'm glad for that too! Well after Joey got home we went to Walmart & got more Gerber Snacks for Holli and animal crackers for Courtney. Then we ate supper with his mama & came home. I'm really glad that today is almost over. I hope tomorrow is WAY better! Well I better go, I think Holli is whinning.

Stupid Dog, you make me look BAD!

Since Kim didn't have to go to the doctor, we just visited with my family. I did my Psychology test and made a 96!!! :) Thankfully, I am done with that class for the week. I have SCT and Med Terms left!
Well, I went to Ingles yesterday and bought Holli some Gerber Graduate snacks and she is in love! Then she went to sleep on the way to Swainsboro (after she poured chocolate milk all over herself). We watched her da da work on his racecar and then we came home.
I cooked and Joey put Holli to bed. After that I made a tiny dress and we watched New Moon. It was so good :) Joey got into it :P Then we went to bed and at about midnight the dog started barking (at nothing) and woke Holli up!
We stayed up for a long time trying to get her back to sleep.Then after she went to sleep, the stupid dog started barking again! I was ready to kill her!
Now Holli is eating cinnamon toast and watching Diego. I'm sooo tired :(

Kai-Lan Cake!!!

I was too tired to blog last night. Anyway, yesterday I took Holli to her grandma and I went to Wrightsville to meet Stefany. On the way there I went through a BAD wreck. When a big truck and small car are involved, it is never good.
I finally got to Wrightsville and got Stefany and we went to Dublin :) We went to Cake Art and ordered Holli's Kai-Lan cake!!! I am SO excited! I know its going to be pretty. I think her party is more stressful than my wedding! I want everything to be perfect and NOBODY will mess it up!!!
I got to see the invitations Stefany made and they are gorgeous! I'm excited about those too. Now I have to order all the party supplies and finish up getting her gifts. Everything is going pretty well with the party!
After we left Cake Art, we went to The Freckled Frog and picked up Stefany's burp cloths. They are so cute!!! After that I took her back to her car and then went back to my mama's to see Holli before I had school. She is so rotten.
Then I left for school, took my med terms test and made a 75. I'm proud that I have passed all my tests. :) After school, I went and got Holli. We were on our way to Swainsboro and she went to sleep! So Joey ran in Walmart and we went through the Zaxbys drive thru.
We came home, put Holli to bed and ate. Then we started watching New Moon. Joey got bored quick so he started playing on my laptop. Lol. Then we attempted to go to bed and his crazy sister called with some mess about she was running out of gas by our driveway!!!
Joey told her that he couldn't help her. (Which we didn't have any gas in a jug) So we went to sleep anyway! Lol. Now Holli is enjoying Dora and her pancake. I'm about to give her a bath. Lol. Thinking about riding to Augusta with my mama & sister! Prolly will. :)

Get up Cow Girl!!!

This morning was kinda rough. Holli got me up at 5:27!!! I finally got her back to bed. Thank God. When we got up again, Holli had stomach problems so she was really upset. Poor thing ): She cried and cried and cried!
So we went to Louisville to get our meds. She fell asleep on the way! I have been about to cough myself to death. Lol. We spent some time with my mama and Holli stayed with them while I went to school.
Then I found out Joey's grandma had kidney failure. I hope she gets better, right now she is in ICU. Please pray for her.

At school, we talked about stress. I wouldn't know how to act if I wasn't stressed out. Lol. We did all kinds of exercises to reduce stress. I was surprised to find out I am the ONLY person who does not like the beach. I don't see swimming and fun. I see hot sun and sand, nasty water and sand between your toes. Lol! It was interesting though.
When I got back to mama's, they had Holli playing in the grass! She was pulling it up and trying to eat it!!! Then she was standing up on her own! I'm so proud. She's gonna be walking soon. :) Well we left and she went to bed when we got home. I stayed up late making her a cow dress. Sooo she is going to be a cowgirl (literally). Haha. Anyway, I better go to sleep :P

Tie Dyed!

Since I haven't been on here in a few days, I should recap! My daddy won the race Saturady night, had an okay Mother's Day. It's not about what you get, its about how you take it! (I didn't want a gift. Lol) I already have what I need...a husband that loves me and a spoiled little girl!
Well I finished all of my school stuff for the week and all of English for the quarter! I'm so happy :)
Today, I went to Stefany's house and we went to Dublin. I was late as usual. Lol. Even though Cake Art is closed on Mondays we still had fun!
We got some new fabric and sewing stuff. Finally found Holli's Kai-Lan clothes! OMG that child will go crazy over Kai-Lan. That is her favorite show and her party theme. I'm excited about her party
I have to order the cake and start preparing invitations and ordering supplies. Yay!!! Anywho, we went to see Stefany's grandpa. I hope he gets better soon. Then we got our toes done! I love having my feet done. It relieves soooo much stress. :) Then we went back to her house and tie dyed some shirts.
Stefany is too impatient so the shirts look alittle crazy. Lol. (I love her anywayz) =] Then I magically stabbed myself in the toe with her knife. I have no idea how it happen. Honestly, I feel stupid about it because it was my fault.
I guess that's why dummies don't play with knives. Haha. Well, Holli and Joey are knocked out :) I love those two monkeys. It's like me and mini me. =]

Pillowcase :)

So far today has been better than yesterday. I made a pillowcase with lace trim and a bow. It is so cute :) Holli really wants to learn how to sew. She has been trying to mess with the sewing machine all morning!
Then we left the house and on the way to Swainsboro Holli went to sleep. We got Zaxby's for lunch :) Then we came to my mama's and gave her Holli's mother day present. She liked it.
Now we are getting ready for the races and to see the best daddy/husband ever!!! (Joey, of course!)

Mother-Daughter Banquet

Today was not so well. Holli woke up before the sun came up and was in a bad mood until she went to sleep! We went to her Granny's house and I did alittle bit of school work and washed some clothes.
Then I left Holli there and came home and made Holli and Courtney each a dress. When I went back I studied some more and put Courtney's dress on her. She kept saying "Look at my present."
Then we waited on Joey to get home so he could stay with his grandma. It was sweet of him to agree to stay so his mama could go. Well while we were there Holli attempted to kill my phone. Ugh. Now the backlight doesn't work. :/
The banquet was nice except for my ill child who wanted her duh duh. (I asked her if she was going to stay with him BEFORE we left & she said no.) Little Monkey!!! I still love her stanky butt :P Well I'm about to go to bed.

Learning to Sew

This morning started out kinda crazy. Holli got up at 7! She watched tv for a long time and then had her pancakes. After that she was ready to play. Since it was pretty outside, we went out and waited on Stefany to get here. Holli wanted to crawl in the grass but that was not about to happen. So she just sat on my lap and laughed at the dogs!
When Stefany came up, we took a ride in the "Airplane" and took Holli to her Granny's. Then we went to Walmart. It is so stupid because it sells sewing machines but no thread or fabric! What's the point!! Then we went buy Zaxby's & got Holli & Courtney some fries :) After that we came back to Kite and Stefany showed me how to sew. (Thank you) We made dresses for Holli. Stefany's looks better than mine. Lol. I guess it is because she has practice where as I don't.
They still turned out cute! I am so glad she came over! I had fun. I am excited about her coming tomorrow. We are going to sew more and then go to a dinner at the Kite Church of God.
Well, Joey had an ASE test tonight. I hope he did good. :) We spent time with his mama and niece while he was taking his test. Anywho, I'll post pics tomorrow.

The Airplane

I had a med terms test today. I was kinda worried before I got there and then I got the test. It was rather easy. (If I would learn how to stop speed reading my grades would improve) Any who, I made an 87. Yay me!!! After that, I went and got Holli and we went and got Joey and went to Zaxby's. (Gotta love that place :P )
Since my car is having issues I am officially renaming it. It is no longer the Oldsmobile Alero. It will now be known as the Oldsmobile Airplane. I swear that is what it sounds like. When you take off, it starts out low and gradually gets louder until it is SO loud you can't hear the radio over it. It is the absolute most annoying sound in the world. :/ I hate that car!!! (Joey is suppose to fix it Friday) Well I attempted to start sewing tonight. It was an awful experience. Lol. I messed up more than I should have. I am super excited about Stefany coming over tomorrow to help me.
Mama thinks that she may have threaded the machine wrong. I was like I don't know. lmao. Holli has started trying to walk. She is trying to hide it from us. She wants to remain the helpless little baby. (Personally, I am okay with that! I wish she would stay small forever.) Now she wants to eat on her own and all. It makes me sad that she is growing up but happy that she is progressing at a normal rate.
I can't understand why people talk so bad about teenage parents. As long as you "grow up" then you should be fine. Take responsibility for your baby! I am a teen mother and my child has enough clothes to cloth a whole tribe and more toys at 10 months old than normal 10 year olds have. Joey went to college and graduated and is now working and he was a teen parent. I am in college and I stay at home with Holli. I mean if you want to make it happen then you will. Always strive to be the best that you can be. Just because we are young does not mean we aren't capable. I know several people that had children when they were in their mid twenties or early thirties and are worse parents than any teens. It really matters on your level of responsibility. If you can't take care of a goldfish, you probably don't need a kid.
(Sorry, I am just sick of being just another number) I am far from any judgement of a teen parent. Besides life is too short to dwell on everyone else's opinions. :D

Marriage

I have been thinking a lot about marriage. I think it is because we are nearing a year and a half :) Growing up I heard a lot about marriage, both good and bad. To me, marriage is something you have to experience on your own. It is like that new flavor of icecream that you think looks yummy but are unsure about.
I have heard how marriage would be good for the first year and just go down from there. Honestly, I have yet to see it go any where but up. I was pregnant for part of the first year and Joey was always there for me and he loved me through all of the crying, vomiting, temper tantrums and sleeping til lunch. Then I gave him the most precious gift in the world...Holli.
She truly changed us. We went from being two teenagers to being two parents. It helped us a lot. I don't think getting pregnant without any support for a baby is a good idea. Holli has always had the best of everything and we have always been able to give her that.
I love my little family :D Marriage is the most wonderful experience ever. Especially when you are married to the best man in the world! I love him with all my heart.

Follow Up Day

We got up super early this morning for Joey's follow up visit. Poor little Holli hated getting up but loved her pancake sausage! Dr. Sidow told Joey that everything looked fine =] Thank God. Then we went to Target and bought Holli some birthday clothes.
Then we started back home and when we got to Wrens Joey had to have some Prescott's Strawberries :) They are the best. We dropped Holli off at my mom's and then we went to Wal-mart and got some angel food cake and some vanilla icecream. We went to the inlaws and shared. It was soo good :D I finished up all my school work except for med terms and I'm almost done with it. Now its time to start writing papers :/ Got three to do.
Anyway, we came home, got a bath before the weather got bad and then started cleaning. I cleaned out Holli's closet. A whole garbage bag of clothes!!! Its so crazy. I dusted the whole house and Joey cleaned Scrat's (our chinchilla) cage. Now it is bed time.

Family Time :D

For the most part, we stayed at home today. Joey went to the shop this morning to clean his car & find out what was wrong with it. Holli & I slept in. (Thankfully) Anyway, when Joey got home he gave Holli a bath and we all played for a while. Its so nice to have some family time. I miss when Joey worked closer because he was always there. Now he works an hour & a half from home. The good thing about his job is the pay & he works with some nice people. :)
Anywho, eventually Holli took a small nap & Joey & I got to spend some time together. It's hard being a parent because there is no time spent between husband & wife. It's all about the child or family. (Which I don't mind) Holli stole my heart from the day the First Response said YES! She is a small wonder & is so perfect. It is hard to believe I was blessed with such a wonderful, precious gift from GOD.
Well we went to Wal-mart and then we went to Zach & Cassie's. (I finished the Wow Wow Wubbzy blanket & they bought it :D ) Then we came home and cooked pork, buttered potatoes, homemade macaroni & cheese & peach cobbler. It was so good!!! Now I am in the bed not looking for to this follow up with the oral surgeon tomorrow. I am not looking forward to Joey going back to work Tuesday either :(

Pulling Up and More!!!

Well since I didn't blog yesterday, I am going to now :) I was too tired last night. We got up and went to work on the race car. Then we left to go get Holli and to wash clothes. I love my house but it was not meant for a dryer and I am not the clothes line type. So while we were at my parents' house I did the laundry. While it was going Joey, Holli and I went for a walk. We walked some and ran some. (Holli was in the stroller) So we got our exercise. Well when we got back, Joey started playing with Holli and she wanted to get on the floor. She has been pulling up some with help and had managed to get on her knees by herself. She showed us what she has learned which is how to crawl up to something and pull all the way up. =D I am so proud. Today she has been pulling up and trying to take "baby steps." Every once in a while, she will turn loose to try to hold her balance. It is so cute.
Today we took her to the Pine Tree Festival in Swainsboro. She slept through most of it! Then she woke up and wanted to be nosy. By that time I was about to heat to death. (Note to Self: Never wear black when you have to walk like that!!) We went out there for the ribs and blooming onions. They are so good! After that we went back and got full and I took my psychology test. I was so afraid I was going to fail. I made an 80 so I am happy. Being a parent and student is tougher than it looks. I never imagined that it would be this hard. I know it will be worth it though. Well I am at the Pinetree 100 now. I am not enjoying the heat or the fact that I had to leave Holli with her Granny because it is too hot for her to be out :( I guess it will be alright. I am hoping that Joey will win tonight. He has worked hard this week even through his pain. He totally deserves it. Well I'll post the results later. (Prolly not the World of Outlaws, I have no idea who they are.) LOL

Tiring Thursday

Well when I finally got up this morning we went to South Carolina. On the way there we stopped by The Little Dutch House Bakery :) You've gotta love that stuff and Joey and Holli had breakfast off of a ham roll. They were so cute. Holli was mad because she thought Joey was eating her food. When we got to Greenwood we stopped at Fatz Cafe for lunch.
Those people thought I was crazy for ordering Holli a chicken pot pie! I guess she does look tiny. Lol. I had the Edisto Shrimp and Grits and Joey had the Calabash Chicken. It was so good!! Then we went up there and visited with friends. Holli refused to go to anyone but the puppy. She kept saying doog, dooogg, dogg. It was so cute. :P She is growing up so fast. I can barely believe it.
Well later we left and went to visit with my family. I ate blue crab and more shrimp. Yum!! Joey had his tomato soup. Holli stayed to spend the night with my mom. Thankfully Joey's ASE study books came in and now he can really get on it!! With Holli at mama's and Joey studying, I did some school work. It is time to get back at it. Lol. I have so much to do that I feel overwhelmed. :( Three papers to write and two presentations. Its craziness!!! Oh well. Anywho, I am going to take the pics tomorrow. Including pics of the fleece that I recently bought and the baby toys for sale :) Holli has the new blankie so I may have to hold off on that pic. Anyway it is late and I am going to bed. Lazy Wednesday

Today was rather boring. I am glad to have my hubby home so we can spend some time together as a family. I wish it was under other circumstances though. We spent most of the most asleep. Holli didn't get up until 10:30. Thank God!!
We finally got up, we spent some time with Holli (booger head) who spent her morning buried in blueberry pancakes. :) She is so silly. Then she wanted to play with Joey and they played while I studied for my medical terminology test. When I got done I fed them mash potatoes and I ate tomato & avocado.
After that Joey gave Holli a bath and I took them to his parents' so I could go to school. I left my babies:( and went to school. I took my test (praying that I did good) lol. Sat through the lecture, came back to Swainsboro and went to Wal-mart. Then we came home and put Holli to bed and ate supper. Joey ate the best tomato soup ever!!! (Progressive Hearty tomato) I had chili macaroni. Then we ate some ice cream. =] Skinny Cow Mint Ice Cream Sandwiches are the greatest. =D Well I still didn't get around to taking pics. :/ I am super tired so I'm going to bed. Good night :)

Oral Surgery Day :(

Got up super early and went to Martinez to Hobby Lobby. I got some super cute fleece :) Some duckies, lady bugs and flames! I want to mix it up. Anyway, after we left there we went to Dr. Peacock and Dr. Rafoth's office to have Joey's wisdom teeth removed.
He thought it wouldn't be that bad. I think he found out that he was wrong! I sat out in the waiting room and studied and talked to the elderly people (who wanted to know if I was there with my brother!!!) Lol. Finally they got done with him and I went back to recovery to see him.
My poor baby looked like a chipmunk with cheeks full of gauze. :/ Joey kept trying to talk to me and I couldn't understand anything he said. Lol. Dr. Rafoth came and checked on him and the nurse gave us instructions. I love that place. I would recommend those surgeons to anyone =] They are the BEST!!! (Honestly that's saying a lot coming from a use-to-be dental assistant) :)
We went and got Holli who was super worried about her duh duh. She loved on him and talked to him for awhile before we left Bartow to go home. On the way home, my two babies went to sleep and when we got home, we all took a nap. We definitely needed one. Then we got up and went to see Joey's parents and to go to Wal-mart.
We went to Wal-mart and Joey decided that he want to go watch Brandon and Jared's games. Little did we know that Jared was at the hospital with an injured shin. :( Poor Jared. Thankfully it isn't broken but it is hurt badly. So we went to see them and then we came home. On the way home my babies went to sleep again. When we got home I finished Chapter 5. Yay!!! Just gotta do Chapter 6 tomorrow :) and fixed Joey some tomato soup that he made me put in the refridgerator. Lol. Well I never got around to taking any pics. I have been going since early this morning and now its time for bed!!! <3

Busy, busy, busy Monday

Well mine & Holli's morning was normal except Monday is Joey's day off & since he is having his wisdom teeth cut out in the morning he decided to go to work! We spent most of the morning at home watching Dora while Holli enjoyed her breakfast. Then we took out to see her "Big Mama" and since her daddy didn't let me put gas in my car yesterday I had to go to Swainsboro to get gas. :( I hate buying gas at Wal-mart. There is already too many idiots in town and I think they all crowd up around that gas station.
Since Holli was asleep, we went to Louisville & I went in Rite-Aid & had all of my pictures put on cds. :D It was past time! When you have 3 full memory cards its time to go get the pics developed. Anywho, we went in Peebles & bought Holli a new outfit. (Yes I know I am a shopaholic & yes I know that I am spoiling her, but what are kids for??) Then we went to King Buffet & ate & Holli visited with her "Aunt Sophia."
Then we went to my mama's & sat around while she finished her taxes! (Finally!!!) Mama decided she was going to keep her stinky granddaughter tonight. So I went to Tina & Wendy's and hung out for alittle while. Those girls are so crazy!! (In a good way ofcourse :D ) I love 'em. All we did was laugh about the "eyebrow lady.".Haha.
Then Joey & I came home & spent some time together before his dreaded surgery tomorrow. (I'm dreading it) I love him with all my heart & could not ask for a better man or daughter :). He will always be there for me when no one else is. I am truly blessed to have such a great family. It may be small but its my whole world <3 Since I was busy I never got a chance to take pics of the new blanket. Maybe I'll have time tomorrow. I'm going to buy more fleece tomorrow! No school tomorrow night, havta stay home & take care of my babies =)

Sleepy Sunday :/

Today started out like a stay in the bed day (those with children know this is impossible!) So obviously we had to get up and give Holli her breakfast. (blueberry pancakes) Then we sat around the house and played cards and played with Holli. One little happy family :) Then we went to the shop so Joey could clean up around his racecars. He has to be near them!! Haha.
Then we went to Zaxby's and ate. Holli had the usual Kiddie Cheese light butter on the toast and a sweet tea. (They pretty much know what we want bc we stay in their) Later we went to my parents house and Joey and Holli watched daddy, his crew chief Barry and his employee Roger work on his racecar. I went to Ingles with my mama :)

After all that, we went to church and the "quiet" baby turned into all mouth while the sermon was going and then Pastor Boggs gave her a tooth brush which she played with until she went to sleep! Then we came home and I cooked fish and made another blanket. Its a unisex blanket =] (I'll post pics tomorrow) Still dreading Tuesday, Joey is getting all four third molars (wisdom teeth) cut out :( Well, Holli and Joey are asleep so I think I am going to head to bed myself <3

Today Holli and I braved the rain to go to the Buzzard Blast and to R.J.'s party. We were a sight to see at the BB. It was drizzling so I had on a jacket and Holli had on a t-shirt, shorts and a jacket that didn't match her clothes. I walked around that place with a baby on my hip and an umbrella in tow. Holli was too busy trying to lean out and catch rain in her mouth to pay attention to the vendors that were still there. Thankfully we still found her a cute pillow case dress and some bows :)
Later we went to R.J.'s party and Holli wanted to play with him. He got over excited and hit her in the face and she didn't want to be around him anymore! :/ I had fun. It's amazing knowing that a year has passed since I was at the hospital waddling around with my pregnant self waiting on Jess to have him. Time sure flys!!
Since it rained the race out, we came home and waited on Joey to get home. While we waited we played with Holli's toys in her room. She tried to bite my tooth and ended up licking me on the face!! Then I watched her find out that she could crawl on her knees and watched her attempts to stand up on her own. It's so cute!!! Then we played in the tub. Then her duh duh got home and played together until she went to sleep (he went to sleep a few times and I had to wake him up) Hehe. Well that's all for today!!

Holli's Adventurous Morning!!

Holli woke me up this morning and when I went in her room, she was standing up in the crib with red kool aid all over her face yelling,"I do do do do do do." I have no idea where she even learned it from but it's her new favorite thing to say. (Even when it's not so!) We have a big rainy day ahead of us! If the Buzzard Blast (I wonder who came up with that nice name) is still going on we are going up there. Later, we have RJ's first birthday party to go to. (It def doesn't seem like its been a year.) And if it doesn't rain it out racing tonight! We have to go since I am married to the 2009 Mini Stock Points Champion & the 2010 Dale Miles' Memorial Race winner & the current points leader. (What a mouthful!!!) Anywho, the lil yellow mustang with the big 92 on the side! Haha. At this moment, I took a break from parenting to post while Holli enjoys her blueberry pancake and more kool aid. =D Now we are about to start our day!

One "Knotty" Night!

Holli spent the night with my parents and I went to get her this morning. She was super happy to see me! We sat around there for most of the day and then I decided that I wanted to try my hand at making knot blankies. So Holli, her Aunt Kimmy and I went to Walmart and got the fleece. After we got back, Holli and I came to Swainsboro to see her "duh duh" and go to Zaxby's. (Gotta love that place) After Holli ate her Kiddie Cheese and drank her sweet tea, we went to the shop to watch Joey work on the racecar! Well we finally got home and I started making the blanket :) I had to ask someone with experience about it before starting but ultimately I think it went well. I'll post pics soon =]

Well, I am 19 years old, I have been married for almost a year and a half and have a 10 month old daughter. My life revolves around Holli. She is everything and she keeps me out of trouble! Life right now is chaotic! On top of having a baby, I am a student at Sandersville Technical College and on saturdays we are at the racetrack. (Joey's hobby) Even if it is chaotic, I love my life.
Normal week days I spend at my parents' house trying to study and stay around people. (I hate being stuck at home) When I am not waist deep in poop or boogers, Holli and I have quality time together. I miss the early month where she slept all day and I could just hold her and stare at the wonderful thing that I created. Now I spend that time chasing her around the house and keeping her out of stuff.
Today, we spent time with my parents and tonight I am attempting to study for my medical terminology and psychology tests. Oh and do my work for English and Intro to Microcomputers. It's tough doing it all but it's worth it!
